Il percorso può essere affrontato sia attraverso pratica di stage universitario riconosciuto ai fini di CFU (in collaborazione con ASG ente stage certificato) per il percorso di laurea selezionato, sia come programma extra-curriculare post laurea

Il programma prevede alloggio privato in camera singola in appartamento aziendale a St. Julians messo a disposizione dall’azienda (escluse utenze)

Il rimborso settimanale è sufficiente a coprire spese mezzi (con supporto alla gestione dell’abbonamento mezzi max 26 euro al mese) ed eventuale pausa pranzo.

2 people for Intership as Operations Assistant

Leading company in Asset Management is looking for an Intern as Operations Assistant (OA) to join its Operations Department on a 30hours x week working schedule. As an assistant in the Operations Department, you will work with the operations manager and the chief operations officer (COO) to help keep business running smoothly.

Job responsibilities

• Reconcile fund’s liabilities with budgeted expenses
• Monitor and manage the information flow among counterparties
• Assist the Finance Department in the collection and analysis of accounting data
• Assist the Trading Team in opening new relationships
• Create ad-hoc reports and presentations
• Assist the operations manager and the COO in the implementation of special projects
• Support the Senior Management in managing and resolving operational issues

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or last year before completion of studies for BD
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
• Good computer skills with sound knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point
• Able to work collaboratively with teams as a constructive team member
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to maintain composure under pressure
