EUChina Market Relations Observatory
ADM-EA Consulting launched on April 2020 the activity of ECMO – Eu China Market Relations Observatory developed for research, analysis and consulting about markets, commercial trends and business dynamics that involve players from both areas of Europe and China.
The aim of the Observatory, first of all, consists of editing and publishing analysis and comments with tribute of researchers, doctorates, specialists and executives who are effectively operating on chinese market in different industries.
Beyond research activity, ECMO represents an important platform for high value’s networking and development of management’s resources that can be successfully implemented in cooperative dimension to pursue specific tasks presented by our clients and partnered organisations.
ECMO edits also didactic materials for specialisation programmes about Business between China and Europe and it does provide scientific guidance on updated marketing data and B2b inquiries achieved during professional activity by ADM-EA Consulting and by our network of partners.
The scientific support by Asian Studies Group – Centre for Oriental Studies in Milan and the cooperation with post graduate students from MIBC Master in International Business Development in China by School of Management LUM Jean Monnet University, represent an important and specific feature of ECMO.
The Observatory manage a monthly session dedicated to updates for analysis and contents developed on common agenda by supporters and researchers. There is also an annual Focus with official publication of contents and data and workshop with key-speakers, analysts and commercial operators.

Sophie Galli de’ Paratesi
She grew up in an international context (Italy, France and USA) and rapidly developed a strong interest in foreign cultures and languages. After graduating in Chinese Language and International Relations, She became more and more interested in communication and digital marketing. The Master degree in International Business in China gave her the possibility to be part of the marketing team of a global exhibition in Shanghai in 2018.
Currently she is working for a luxury brand and she is charge of digital activities and institutional communication for the group.

Matteo Pecorari
Graduated in Law at University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, He is working in China from 2016. His professional experience is focused on consultancy field, after taking part to several working opportunities that enforced is professional involvement on legal, economic and accounting fields. In China he is certified advisor in behalf of foreign players operating on chinese market. During his stay in Shanghai he attended to chinese language course at East China Normal University obtaining HSK4 certification.

Adele Cattaneo
After graduating in International Relations at the University of Genoa, she applied for Master degree in International Business in China at LUM university. After that she joined multi brand representative office in Shanghai where she managed promotion and marketing strategy through serie of offline and online campaigns.
Currently She is consultant for Carnival Maritime Group, an operating line of Carnival Corporation with the role of
administrator for the incident reporting software.

Graduated from the University of Florence with the degree in “Literature, Languages and Intercultural Studies” after cultivating his interests in both International Business and Chinese culture joins the Master Degree in “International Business in China” at Lum School of Management. As a Marketing Manager Assistant for Shanghai Cascino Trading, he took care care of promotions, analized customers preferences through customers data and Manage HoReCa and Private WeChat mini-programs. Right after the he was hired by “ShipParts.com” a Chinese e-Procurement platform for Marine Industry, as Business Development Manager for Europe.

Morales Delgado Jian Piero
Driven by the curiosity and charm of Chinese characters, he began studying Chinese and then graduated in Chinese interpreting and translation at Foscari University of Venice.
After living 2 years in China, he attended a Master in International Business followed by an internship in Shanghai in a company of international fairs in the digital marketing sector. He had the great opportunity to visit Alibaba one of the most important companies in China, and realised to have a strong interest in eCommerce and its potential on a global level in the coming years.
He currently works in the Chinese tourism sector and as a freelance buyer and planner in the Chinese market.
