The firm was founded on 2010 and it’s currently directed by Prof. Paolo Cacciato (Bachelor in oriental languages and cultures with specialisation in business administration, adjunct professor at faculty of economics at LUM Jean Monnet University, regular professor at MIBC master international business in China, coordinator of executive programmes for NIBI New Institute of International Business by Promos – Chamber of Commerce of Milan, board of directors, founder and qualified manager at IMIT Italian Managers for International Trade Organisation, as part of Confcommercio in Milan)

ADMEA Consulting developed a wide range of cooperation among advisors and experts between Europe and far East, becoming also Cacciato and Associates Network.

Our services are mainly focused on advisory, business guidance, entry market’s strategy, guidance for B2b platforms and solutions, marketing and management’s orientation for development of businesses on Eastern Asia markets (almost Japan, China and Korea).

We lead business networks processing between Europe and East Asia and executive and post degree training services for professionals and companies with well framed didactic offer in cooperation with Asian Studies Group – certified studies centre for oriental studies based in Milan. (ASG Academy)

From 2012 ADM-EA Consulting started cooperating for wide projects that concern cross cultural management mediation, HR’s dynamics, business cooperation and orientation to solve corporate management’s diversity (between asian and western counterparts) with new international entity, EA Smart Links Consulting LTD (Europe -Asia Smart Consulting Services) based in Malta –
